Terms

Last updated: 16 February 2026

These Terms set out how AnalogyIT (ABN 55 390 718 578) provides services to you. They are written in plain English for clarity. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quotes and scope

We confirm scope in writing (email/message) before starting. If the scope changes, we’ll discuss options and any cost/time impact before continuing.

Pricing and payments

  • Hourly support: billed at $99/hr (minimum 1 hour) unless agreed otherwise.
  • Fixed-price projects: a deposit may be required to commence work, with the remainder due at milestones or completion (as agreed).
  • Invoices: due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Bookings, cancellations and access

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule an on site booking. We may charge for time already booked or work already completed. You agree to provide reasonable access (including logins/permissions) to enable us to perform the work.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals (for example content, logos, domain access, admin permissions).
  • Ensure you have appropriate licences and permissions for software, images and content you supply.
  • Keep backups of important data. We can help with backup setup, but you remain responsible for your data.

Third‑party services

Some work involves third‑party services (for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hosting, domains, DNS, plugins). Availability, outages and changes by third parties are outside our control, but we’ll help you work through them. Third‑party fees are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Websites

  • Project timelines depend on content, approvals and access provided by you.
  • After handover/go‑live, ongoing changes are billed hourly unless a support plan is agreed.
  • We recommend keeping domains and key accounts in your name for long‑term control.

Service quality and Australian Consumer Law

We provide services with due care and skill. If there is a problem caused by our work, we will take reasonable steps to fix it. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to remedies for major failures and other guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example loss of profit) arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden faults, or events outside our reasonable control (for example power outages or third‑party outages).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
